I think I have mentioned previously about my absolute devotion to PC-TRIPLE C cable. I recently spent around £1k fully wiring my system with it. The only left to receive the treatment are the internals of the Preamp, 686 and tonearm. Unfortunately, it appears we're gonna have to settle for OCC for the internal wiring of the arm, bit that didn't stop me snapping up a set of SAEC SR-500 headshell wires. At around £75ish quid for 4x1" pieces of wire, they aren't cheap. I've been using some posh Ortofon OFC ones for yonks now so expect some opinion on them in the next few days.

Be interesting to hear if these leads do make a difference. Some people would very strongly argue they don't make a jot. I had my tonearms modded so that I have the cartridge tags wired straight from the internal wiring on the tonearm. This isn't the case with my SME 3012 but I've negated the need for cartridge leads on my SME V & SME V-12. One less set of tags and leads for the audio signal to travel.
