Hi there,
We bought a house and inherited a legacy Linn whole-home system which I believe is called Knect. It uses CAT-5 cabling throughout the house which carries balanced line-level audio, and has wall-panel controls in various rooms, and an Intersekt box in the lounge. I found a box in the garage with the programming serial cable and the Linnstall software on CD-ROM, so I think its a fairly complete setup, and it all seems to work fine.
We plan to replace it with a newer system, and as far as I can tell, that means all of the existing installation is redundant. I'm interested to know if such a system would be of interest to any buyers looking for a complete kit, rather than stripping it down and selling the components on ebay. So this would be 6 room amps, 6 wall panel controllers (RCUs), and the Intersekt control box, with original Linn box.
Any advice greatly appreciated!

It's a shame to direct a new member away from the forum, but yes, the specialized Linn forum would be more beneficial in this instance.
